Carlota graduated in nursing degree in 1992 by "EU Santa Madrona". Since then she has combined the exercise of her profession with additional education, along with teaching (responsible for the practical training of Pathologic Anatomy technicians (FP2).

Within her Professional career is included:

* Certificate in Surgical Nursing, at the EUI Hospital de Sant Pau (1994)

* Respiratory Intensive Care for nursing services by pulmonology, Hospital Clínic de Barcelona (1995)

* Critical patient care under ICU service, Hospital General de Catalunya (1997)

* Neurosurgery for the nursing staff, Hospital Sagrado Corazón in Barcelona (1998)

* Continuous training in CPR, PRL care, isolation care, sanitary waste, fire plans, catastrophes and EPI performance of the Hospital General de Catalunya

In addition to provide her services to Aracab, she is a surgical nurse for the Hospital Universitari Sagrat Cor and director of a dental clinic, where she deals with administrative tasks, human resources and creation for work protocols tasks.

She has also worked as a nurse in the operating room and the ICU for hospitals such Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau, l’Hospital General de Catalunya, Institut Deixeus, Aliança i Hospital Clinic de Barcelona.
